many shops carry it, mc well ventures, autovac, one of the motorcycle shop opposite KK hospital is reputedly the cheapest,

Just IMO,
I would go for K&N with regards to cleanability and longer shelf-life.
I had an K&N and ITG filter before, the K&N cleaner and oil is easy to get, however the ITG uses a *VERY* sticky and viscous oil. I tried to clean my ITG and wanted to look for the replacement oil, couldn't find unless i ordered from the USA.
Then again, if Wilman2772 has it, then you're in luck!
In terms of performance to cost gain, both provide good filtration, am uncertain about airflow since there's no stats about the ITG.
