Dilema Dilema Dilema...

Im currently using the K&N drop-in filter.
and its working fine so far... used it for 4months already.

But jeffery came along... with a used SIMOTA CAI open-pod filter.
Selling to me at almost twice the price i paid for the drop-in..

So guys tell me...

K&N drop-in filter hoh or Simota CAI open-pod filter hoh?

I heard bout the water seeping thru the simota thingy before. isit true?
will water really seep into an open-pod?

you like a little bit more growl on your ride?

if you do, and your exhaust isn't stock, and don't mind losing a little on the low end, go for it.

after changing to remus, not much difference even with K&N, but after putting simota, wah.. the difference in aural feedback is incredible.

Sorry, robot kepo a bit. I have seen the filter last week, it is not an open-pod, but just a CF Cold Air Intake that comes with a pipe to take in air.
Simota open pod actually looks something like this (borrow from Hetraa's thread ):

i heard bout the second one with the aluminium piping...
not very effective... so if its No. 2 ... den bo pian. stick to my KNN liao.
