Is this a 4-seater 740 F01?

Hi, I saw this beautiful 740Li. But if you look closely at the rear seat, seems like its configured to be a 4 seater?
Anyone here know how is it like? If so, can I configure it back to be a 5 seater?

If it has the rear power seats it is a 4 seater.
