And idling got 2 profile - with aircon and no aircon.

No aircon will be lower than with aircon.

Sometime idle set higher is to mask problems ....... e.g. for second hand car sale.

You are spot-on.
Actually for BMW, the average RPM is normal around 800-900 rpm. Cannot set too low as when the AC kick in, the engine might vibrates a bit. If above 1000 will be a waste of petrol and needs a tune up.

Wahlau, idle will fluctuate when hot/cold or AC on/off... where were you seeing 900rpm? car is digitally controlled... and yes they can +/- the idle using a computer tool... but unless you are having issues (e.g. too low causing vibration) you shouldn't worry.

Thank you for your reply. I see 900 rpm when idling speed after 10 minutes of driving with AC turn on @ neutral.

I meant neutral as in free gear.
Didn't pay attention on the Drive gear as idling speed is measured by neutral gear.

The comment on the FC is superb.

When I took the car from PML, I put the trip computer on the split screen to monitor the FC. One month later, my screen is always on sports display .........
