Have u bought or ur ur going to buy ? If u have bought then there is no point asking liao.....

And also, what u mean by extra one year warranty ? A 05 E90 will have another 2 more year warranty in any case.... u mean they can extend a 3+1 for u ? All BMW comes with a 3 years warranty.

I think you bought from PPS, the pre-owned car division. mileage is low? body and interior sui sui?

Yes, if you bought from PPS, then usually on top of the remaining warranty, they will add an additional 1 year.

Before I bought my current ride, was considering an Apr 04 E46 320 at PPS.
On top of the remaining 12 months of warranty (was Apr 06 then), they will extend the warranty to Apr 08. however, their price is about $10k more expensive +1.

The question is whether the 12 months add warranty is worth the $10k?

racingaprilia, did you compare with ongoing promo? i suppose used cars int rate is higher than 3.5%? plus ur loan will not get u cash rebate? is the mileage around 20k?

u may want to work out the sums first.

Absolutely not.... I posted for my dad's fren earlier. PML offered 105k, you could have gotten it for perhaps 106k with 2 years warranty...

I think if you are buying a second hand car that is 1 yr old and are getting a discount that is just slightly above teh yearly depreciation rate, you are better off buying a new 320. I paid 128 k for my new ride - before that i was considering buying a used one but realised that i need to pay 115k. Thts just 13 k discount compared to a yearly 11 k depreciation rate - i save only 2k for the ride for a 1 year old car - not exactly worth it - so i bot a new one instead

yeah... buying a new car would require me to drive the car longer.. hence i opted for the used car instead.. buying a used also allows me get the car faster.. my 2 cts worth.. well i also heard the paper value is slightly higher then... altho dunno how it actually affects my car..
