I think stock absorbers cannot adjust ....

Sounds like gone ....

your description is a bit vague.. when you brake hard, the car bounces? or shakes? shake and bounce are two different type of movement.

standard way to test suspension: try to press down hard on the car (when parked, of course) and let it go. it should not bounce up and down too much. if it does, then it's the suspension. if you have your own trusted mechanic, just ask him to cdouble check and change it if spoilt. no big thing. but if your car is jerking or shaking violently when you brake hard, it could be something else more expensive.

Re: Is it time to change my suspension?

Mine not tt bad like urs... but i was deciding on replacement... boge(stock) shld cost ard $1000 +/-... Coilover ard $1450 up...

So decided to go BC coilover... now face got smile, walk got wind, drive got zoolander look...

My mechanic once told me; brakes, tyres n suspension...

So jus replace them ... dun diagnose n wait..

Chey... like real sia... cos i change liao mah... so this is my recommendation. Cheers.
