I don't own a BMW (yet), actually only starting working full-time recently and bike-train-bus works so well I probably won't buy a car until I really need it ~ unless temptation wins out.
I studied psychology and find relationship management, expectations, decision-making fascinating. This combined with the passion alot of premium car owners have is something I would love to understand better. From what I know eventhough it's the main long-term relationship, aftersales is not the focus for dealerships!
Planning to maybe start some discussions to find-out where BMW-lovers go for their parts and what affects this decision... just out of curiosity!!!
