Re: In-depth, highly technical review of 335i

OK, I am not really going to write a proper review; others more qualified have done that. Instead, I address myself to my peers out there: you love driving, but you aren't and don't pretend to be a real expert driver. So, you ask yourself: can I really justify a 335? On Singapore roads?
My answer is an emphatic yes. You may not think you need 400 Nm, but you do really. You are approaching the entry to the AYE and a useless taxi driver is blocking your lane. In the 335 he might as well not exist. Dispose of him. That's how it feels.

The supreme test of satisfaction, noticed with amusement and delight by my wife: my swearing while driving has dropped by a factor of about five. Most of those idiot slowpokes out there no longer bother me. Crush them like the insects they are. In short: hesitate no longer! Buy that 335. Though you will have to wait until 2008 now....

Wow. A car which does this to you, I say, Wow!

It's worth so much more than the cash.

Now all you need is to forget babying it and treat it like `just another car'. And drive it anywhere. It would be a waste if you hesitate to drive it up to camerons because you're afraid someone will scratch it.

And, that is a big step to take.

I got a ding and scratch on my bumper... does that count as being "WOWed"? :)

as long as you don't care about the dings anymore, you've reached nirvana.
