Anyone install the above and what's a good brand?

Also How does the cam take video of the car when car engine is off. Basically my intention is to hopefully take video of vandalism if it happens when car is stationary.

i got a plug and play for less than $200, works well for me as what i need is real time recording while driving, and i can always leave it on when i park in places which i am not familiar with. I had been victim of hit and run and these gadgets really helped me getting the real culprit.. also accidents when the driver is just so clumsy, no explaination needed when you logged for claiming, all you need is evidence...you might need to tagged it to your car battery or use a solar charger

Most impt is able to capture the license plate number. Try "blackview" aka blackvue wannabe. Cost only sgd100 with shipping. Try eBay. Works well for me.

If no budget, go to www.wowgadget. Approx$400-$600.
