ICE upgrade for E90

Anyone done an ICE upgrade for the E90? If so, please share your experience, what was added, where you get it done, how $ and are you happy with the upgrade. Just collected my E90 320i 2 weeks ago. Audio is decent but not exciting.

i dont drive one but i saw the small, probably 4" speaker "grill" at the door. THe Whole A pillar is now airbag vs e46 which can still be modded despite the airbag. e90 not sure...

u must be ready to mod some stuff at the door. Go to a reputable installer who is familiar with bmw, but e90 is so new...so cud be a risk.

go check out dynasty soundcraft, hong guan, king's way... ?? But they are probably busy with SASCA...go next week i think.

have a budget in mind.

Thanks oneHeadlight for your advise. I have been to Acoustic Audio and Mr Chua's advise was quite similar. He basically told me not to do anything drastic since the car is new. Think I might just follow the advise and wait a while. When the day comes when I can't live with the stock audio system, then I will consider modifying the door or other. Cheers.

BTW, I am also a life long REDs fan.

I've the same situation here. Just bought the new 320i but player like Piang Liang (zion rd)is not comfortable recommending as the car is too new to them. Any suggestion where I should go for help.

Hong Guan is familiar with bmws, not sure about e90. I personally quite like Dynasty Soundcraft. High end stuff though, and be prepared to cut here and cut there.
