I want to buy a E46!

Hi all!

My name is Jack, 29, SAF Regular.

I driven Lancer, Caddy TDI, Chevy Aveo, currently driving Honda Stream RSZ.

I started to love the look of E36, and while browsing for it, I saw E46 which interest me a lot! An agent selling me wif price quite affordable to me too... I hope bros and sis here can advice me whether is it buyable?

Reg 1998, 318i, COE till 2018, white, stock, manual, selling $49k.

Is it good buy? Remember, as a regular I can't afford much wor... so... abt $700++ a mth still ok for me.
