I dont understand PML or PML dont understand me?

:screwedu:Now its my turn to post re PML. Ok this is not another service bashing thread. In fact the guy at the parts dept who attended to me was courteous and helpful. but it was the quotation that I got from PML, which is quoted by some other people, that I dont understand.

I asked : I heard the new LCI M sport suspension is an improvement for the E92 335 LCI, how much is a set?

Attendant: you cant just put a LCI suspension into your non-LCI. I am not expert either so let me check for you first (ok great attitude n service)

When I received the quotation in email, there were a total of (big n small)...30 items on the quotation including a brake fluid change!:thinking:

Hiadees, all I want is consider to buy a set of coilovers(shocks + springs) and maybe some rubber mountings:sleepy:. Why are there 30 items:screwedu: and costing a total of .....ok nevermind lets not start that one:errrrrrr: All I can say is labour cost and wheel alignment was quoted at $1.6k

Oh the price quoted for this M sport suspension set is higher than the performance suspension set I am using now, which is suppose to be a higher grade one

ABD, why did you go to PML to quote for M-sport suspensions when you can get it cheaper with less fuss outside? I can think of Propel advertising for a new set recently. Another one is Eng Soon and you can get them installed at the sponsor workshops.

In one of my previous post on the LED DRL, PML quoted me 1.5k when I eventually bought from overseas and installed them at a cost of 300+ only. Oh yes, PML did not quote me additional non-related stuffs, they quoted me while not having any inventory at all and not even sure when inventory will arrive!

Last tumb I drink kopi-C, cost 90cts. Since the price went up to $1 per cup, I have since down graded to normal kopi n small cup(not Ger-lad one) at 70 cts per cup.
