How to update the GPS map?

Hi all the sifu out there, may I ask how to update the garmin GPS map?
I tried download from garmin website and it didn't work.
Mine is a 2009 E90 318i.

Go to Malsingmaps.com - GPS Portal of Malaysia and Singapore
Sign up for an account FOC.
Download the latest map (as of 13 April: MSM 2015 NT v7.10).
Copy into your Garmin GPS SD card and delete the previous version.
Restart your GPS and you have the latest map.

i tried and waited for about half a day and no confirmation email was sent to me thus I am nt able to log in and download.

did u faced the same prob during the registration process?

Hi, I registered quite long ago and there was no problem with registration.
You may want to register again?

The latest file is MSM 2015 NT v7.14.
The file is too big to send across to you (66MB).
