How to get rid of dried, black silicone?

Hi, any idea what will be a good way to remove dried, black silicon on the rear window? I have installed after-market rear roof spoiler a year ago, and despite returning 2 times to the workshop for 're-attachment', part of the roof spoiler still came unstuck. So, I decided to remove the whole spoiler myself, just in case the whole spoiler come flying off during driving.

Problem is, on the rear window, there is still a large swath of dried, hardened, black silicone which is pretty unsightly. Any suggestions on how, or maybe who, can remove this type of dried silicone?

Much appreciated.

Cheers

use white vinegar. Vinegar always works on silicone. flush with water after that. do part by part
