how to disconnect E90 MF connectors??

Any E90 gurus can help on this? I intend to transfer the current MF buttons from the M tech SMG wheel i bought but after removing the trim cover i am stuck with the Multifunction connectors. There seem not to be a tiny hole where i can slot in a watchmaker to'push' the connectors out unlike the E60 ones which i did before. Any kind soul can advise?? i dun wanna break any connectors.. Many thanks.

I just press at the sides and slowly jiggle it out.
