Ah Beng, you can log in to this website (applicable for unsettled fines only).

eServices::Simplifying Your Life::

From there, select "Royal Malaysian Police" --> goes to "Login", key in login&password, from the drop down list, select "Royal Malaysian Police" again and you will have several options.. select the one where you can use your licence plate and key in info as requested, wait a while an your list will appear if there is any.

I'll pm you the login and password.

I got outstanding speeding tickets that checked from the site I posted. Just wondered if the other site result is the same?
