how much to offer?

hi bros,

need advice assuming both cars in same condition and milage but differ by 1 to 2 owners.

say for example car asking price is selling $450k in sg mart

1. how much would you offer or offer less to the dealer?

2. how much lower should a car with more than 1 owner be selling or should offer

3.why should a car be more than 1 owner be cheaper?

4. how do you go about checking the condition of the car?? do you ask for the reg plate or go direct to authourised distributer to check service history? do we need to pay for the service records?

5. would you buy a brand new pi car if the price is about slightly more than a second hand?

For me checking of cars go to authorise workshop / AD or workshop that is expert in the makes your are buying.

Car inspection is at buyer cost or my dealer usually paid for me as I am his regular customer. Inspection only done after price agreed already.

For a $450k car, shld be Lambo, Ferrari, AM or Porsche, I the +/- ard at $20k at best. No point low balling if they model that you are looking for is "not those extreme" type of car.

Anyway for ownership, maybe $5k per owner there about but more often than no, it is not the discount with more owners but whether you are comfortable with it.

Bring to AD to do a 10 pt check is the best.
