how long is the current design of 5 series and z4 ?

i understand the current new 5 is a design refresh. anyone knows how long is the current 5 series and z4 running? and when is the expected date for the new design of these two cars?

hi, the 5 series just had the face-lift this June, while the Z4 face-lift was last year (06). In theory the cars will have platform change face-lift +3.5 years. i.e. 3.5 years more for the 5 and 2.5 more for the Z4. But for Z cars I feel that they are less affected by the circle sisnce they are all unique.
