managed to change your steering yet dude?.... i reserve an electical test pen for that kinda work...small flat blade to pry the logo emblem out, without potentially damaging the leather....hehh.. the the socket to undo the nut, unplug the wire...swap it..u're done..

As they are small and cheap, many people tends to forget about them, however, like any other components, they do wear down with time.
Another problem is that your bulb power demand may not match your output. Hence either you buy bulbs that are rated 55W and no more or upgrade your fuse if you put in higher wattage bulbs. Some believe a voltage stabilizer and grounding helps. I have not done either of both but I intend to DIY the grounding when I have time to explore my chasis.
