well, looks like the paint has been chipped off in the photo, u will need to go for a re-spray.

will respraying the bumper affect the looks of the car in any way.
For example like the bumper paint shade may look different from the rest of the car.

nope. ur car is too new. gtee no diff....shud be 1 day job. both yew lip and swc are known to ppl here....colour coding the paint is chicken feet.
