Just confirm a purchase of mid 03 320 at $110K from BMW Asia Pte Ltd.

Would like to say hi to all.

I am thinking of upgrading the rims and bodykit. Would also like to know the parts stockist and service/repair workshop that can handle BMW.

Any advise?

Rims and Bodykits....piece of cake, how much doses do u need? keke...

Rims:
There are many brands around incl replicas. The main stream brands are Hamann, AC Schnitzer, Breyton, Racing Dynamics, Breyton, BBS and so on and on...If u have no clue of how it looks like, just type in those keywords into Google search engine and you will find alot of info and pictures there.

Also, if you are free, go and visit some tyre shops that sell rims and ask em what they have for BMWs...Don't buy em first if you are unsure. Instead, get the details from the vendor and post your questions here..Who knows somebody here may have a "lobang" for you.

Bodykits :
Not as many brands as for the rims. Basically, there are two types of bodykits..One is add-ons and the other one is full-replacements.

Some main stream brands are available incl AC (add-ons), Racing Dynamics(full replacements), Breyton (add-ons), Hamann (add-ons)...The other popular brand that you will see the most on the road is M-TechII body kits (full replacements). This is the bodykit that is offered in the Sports Edition and it's a genuine BMW product. My fav is Racing Dynamics Tornado (rare and costs a bomb )

My advise to u is to come to our monthly meet-up and check out some of the guys rides. It's the best venue not only to see the real stuff but also to ask questions.

As for mods, pls tk yr time. Join the meetups, look at all the modded bimmers on display, choose a look or mod that suits u most, n u take off from there. Also, miz around wif the chaps here n u will realise some change cars often so u may pick a bargain buyin used mods.

18inch is reasonably comfortable...I think it's probably the best compromise as it gives good look too
If u upgraded to 17in then after u see what others have, I m pretty sure u will regret... :angry:
