Rides with morning sickness can be challenging to diagnose ....... problems could range from like what esis311 says - engine oil issues or leaky injectors to bad MAFs or electrical / electronic issues.

how not to troubleshoot and not spend money ?

if spend money and cannot solve then dun pay ...

Even PML cannot be so godly to be that accurate.... better do outside ...

Not sure if your issues are resolved. But I encounter the same issues previously. Changed my crankshaft sensor and upgraded my software and it is back to normal.

Changed both Eccentric Shaft sensor and valvetronic motor.
Now seems ok after 1 month for my case.

Same here ..
