I have an existing F&B business (sorry, can't specify which one for now) for some time now along the East Coast Rd/Siglap Area, unfortunately landlord is being a mega pain about it. Need to relocate to another area.
Am looking for a new spot under 15k rental per month and has decent parking etc. I've been looking around but no luck so far.
If anyone has any connections or know people who has an area to let go (shophouse also is fine) and has decent space, please let me know. Am looking to locate it nearby still around the East Coast most preferably as we have a base of loyal customers.
