I need some advise pertaining to a recent problem which I have faced with my '06 523i. When my car was idle and the engine still running, I do felt a light "jerk" or "shake" intermittenly on the car. Does anyone know what's wrong with my car? Would appreciate some advise. Thanks!

Only happens when stop at traffic lights. Don't feel it when trying to stop. Take off and driving experince still smooth & fine.
In fact just managed to check with a couple of mechanics and most told me it's not a gearbox issue but ignition coil or spark plugs.
Only one told me it's a gear box issue and said the bar body of the gearbox is faulty and need to replace.
