NOPE. buyers only look at the value of coe when it was renewed and whats left of it when u decide to sell. current or future coe value won't affect how much ppl are willing to pay for our old rides unless the new coe values are ridiculousy high that they decide to get a e36 instead of their spanking new toyota corolla or whatever

The diehard will still consider to buy regardless... so long as they like the car..
