Handsfree Bluetooth for phone

Does the phone button on steering n headunit comes as a standard Bluetooth equipment? Or do we need to upgrade it?
Mine is a non idrive n I can't find the Bluetooth on the car when I use my phone to search.

hi Alanz, Not all car is equipped with Bluetooth but the button on the steering wheel is a standard item. If your car package does not have bluetooth, then the steering button is for showed. Yes, you may upgrade to have bluetooth function, check with various workshop and there should be many different model out there. all the best on your upgrade.
