the Conforti CAI makes use of the clip system just like the stock but you need to make sure the bonding is good. It can reinforced by using a circlip over the clips to make sure that even if the bonding falls off, the inlet pipe is still connected to the MAF.

Hi guys... for the Conforti CAI, is it only applicable to the 6 cylinders only or it is possible to get it onto the valvetronic as well.. Appreciate the help... thanks...

Yup. The Apexi's low end pull is much much better than Simota but high end suffer. Could it be that the surface area of the Apexi is less, therefore translated to better torque?
 
Get the Gruppe M intake... looks and sounds the best... and fits Valvetronics...
