ez to wash...err cost abt 50% less than a respray...u will c bubbles regardless....n i htink its passe

Advantages:

Reversible process
Paintwork protection
Ease of maintenance (I think all SUVs should wrap vinyl)
Retention of original colour while "switching" colour (resale value, accident suspect.......)
Ability to redesign with decals
Ability to do partial restoration

Disadvantages

Cost - it costs as much as the actual spraypainting process
Lack of metallic gloss/shine
Peeling edges
Cutter scratch - often from the installer who tries to trim the vinyl using a cutter......

from those people who do the wrapping, they said it wont if u use high quality stickers..

but again.. science... if u wrap for 5 years and dun cause discolouration u are really GOOD!
