My ride also E46 sport edition orient blue, how does the splitters contribute to the aerodynamics? Also why you selling?

Basically the splitters only make your car look nicer (lower). Dont think it contributes much to aerodynamics except the fact that it reduces direct head-wind...

Thanks, other than reducing head-wind, is there something like reducing undercarriage drag-wind or others?

I have just install OZ Ultraleggera 18" staggered and the front wheel gap is about 3 fingers and the bonet from the driver view looks taller. Also felt dragged by the wind when on highway.. Better to lower the ride or these splitters do have some help?

Honestly, definately better to lower your ride. 3 fingers gap is quite alot! My front is 1/2 finger gap and my rear is around 1 1/2 finger gap. Changing your suspension really has a lot of advantages. Handling and looks primarily.

Im selling my suspension setup soon.
Currently on KONI FSD shock absorbers and Eibach Pro-Kit Springs. The most popular absorber-springs setup for Bimmers.
Its even more comfortable than my stock suspension IMO.
