bigger rotors than e90 320,325 and 330.better brake fade and shorter stopping distance.

brake fade reduction = true.
shorter stopping distance = not necessarily true.
Stock brake is optimized with brake bias, to make the rear do maximum work without fear of locking up.
If you increase stock brake in front to bbk, then front will achieve `impending lock' faster while rear do less work in stopping, thus causing LONGER braking distance. Just slightly, but significant.
You really want to reduce stopping distance with brakes, just increase size of rears in addition to front. Pads don't matter, stock pads (or those come with the bbk) plenty good enough to achieve lock.
Additional advantage of bbk: better dynamic range for modulation. Better feel.
BUT NOT SHORTER STOPPING DISTANCE.
Cheapest way for better stopping distance = TYRES. HUGE difference.

lower tyre pressure is better for braking of course, since increased contact patch. Straight line braking only, mind you. BUT your tyres will burst if overheated, tread will strip. See Firestone/Ford Explorer fiasco videos.
