I believed this has been discussed previously. Bt can i ask if a bumper from a Pre FL be fixed on a LCi?

No. The headlights wont fit properly cus the lci headlights are different. I'm not even sure if its a different bonnet as well.

the headlights are the same shape.

front bumper and hood are different. they wouldnt fit

No dude, while the shape is similar, but dimensions are different. It wont be a seamless fit. Theres a little teardrop at the side of the lci ones. And the prelci/m3 headlights are smaller.
