Hi guys,
I have for sale the Alpine RUX C701. It is an in-dash controller for use with the Alpine PXA H701 audio processor. If you do not wish to diaplay it as a 1-din, you can stash it in your glove compartment.
This item is only 1 month old and I have not even touched it. It was kept in my glove compartment and I have left it there since it was hooked up by my ICE shop as my ICE was still being run in.
As I am taking out my stock head unit and my replacement Alpine head unit already has the capability of the RUX 701, I will no longer need it.
For guys running stock head units or already has an Alpine head unit (but which does not have this capability) and wish to go the 701 combo way, this will be an item u need.
PM me your offer or contact me at 96868202. Brand new shd be $400 upwards. Will entertain all reasonable offers.
Below are some info on both the PXA H701 and RUX C701 as you need to understand what they can do before you should decide to buy my item. After buying my item, you will need to pair it with a PXA H701.
The PXA-H701 is a Multimedia Manager (also simply called sound processor) that puts the user totally in control of the acoustic space within the vehicle. It offers sound customisation capabilities far beyond those of ordinary equalisers or sound processors, letting users match sound sources, etc. and achieve precisely the sound they want.
Digital Time Correction uses delay processing to create virtual speaker positions so the sounds from all speakers reach the listeners' ears at the same time. Eight channels can be time corrected, letting users achieve the optimum sound stage for their vehicle.
Digital Graphic and Parametric Equalisers provide 165 bands of 1/3 octave graphic EQ and 27 bands of parametric EQ, for ultra-fine sound adjustment. Active Crossover limits the frequencies delivered to each channel, so speakers can be driven by the frequencies for which they have been optimally designed.
The PXA H701 gives you a huge selection of sound processing capabilities, so you can achieve perfectly customised multichannel sound. Features like 8-channel independent time correction and a 165-band Graphic EQ provide professional-level control. It also handles Dolby Digital, DTS and Dolby Pro Logic II decoding. You can add as many amps as you want for a big 5.1-channel system, or connect additional source components.
The PXA H701 will have to be controlled either by a Mobile Media Station such as the 1-DIN RUX C701 controller or selected models of Alpine head units that have this “controlling” capabilities.
