Fog Lights F30 Not Working

Hi Gurus,

I have an issue with my car's LED fog lights, it just not working.

Went to car lighting shop to check:
- direct external battery to car's fog light, it lights up
- fog light adapter to external bulb, it lights up

But it just doesn't light up when adapter is connected to fog light.

Fuse issue?
Coded LED, warm / cold monitoring 'not active'
