First Experience with PML Service

Guys,
Sent in my 730i for check today. Car was making some weird noise at low rev. Booked yesterday, and got an appt today at Kampong Arang. Went there, a CSA was assigned to me, went for test drive and he pointed out the fault immediately. Apologised and collected the car at 3pm !! everything changed. What impressed me was his earnestness to solve my problem. He did not dismiss the issue as a 'traditional' 7 series issue ........Impressed. Well Done !

Who is your CSA?

Kampong Arang's CSA are much better than Alexandra's....

My experience with PML Kampong Arang was not so sweet.

Sent in my car to replace a window regulator. Car came out 1/2 dry and 1/2 wet, literally. Put deep scratches on my bonnet and doors too.

Last time I stepped foot into PML.

ok la.. my CSA at Kam. Arang was then.... Anwar, he's the only chap i trusted my car with... even with all the stuff in the car, i still manage to claim a few things back.. power la he ...
