F30 sound coming from engine when car coming to a stop

Hi gurus
My F30 316 had this problem:
This happens After I top up my engine oil which somehow or rather the engine “eat” my engine oil since my last too up was only 2 weeks ago 2k plus driving distance.

While driving the car , when car is coming to a stop , there was this loud cricket sound coming out from my engine bay.
Any ideal what’s wrong?
My car is 8 years old with 118k milleage.
