Hi everyone, my 523i didnt came with this and i was wondering before going for all the upgrades, is this the most worth while as what i know it will improve the throttle response and will it has a different gear mapping?

Otherwise sport and sport + only increases the engine response and you can get that by adding a sprintbooster / pedalbox device or simply stepping harder on the throttle.
All being said nothing will increase the HP of the 523i. I'd recommend spending your $ on maintenance 1st getting it to run at 100% before modding. A k&n drop in airfilter will also help the engine breathe better Downsizing to 18" wheels with GOOD tyres will also help.
