My office is currently under renovation and completely bare and unpainted still but I have clients last minute flying in for the weekend to go over some stuff. I need to rent an office preferably out west around the Tuas area but anywhere between town and west is A-ok. Office is only needed for 2.5 days. Friday (4th June) afternoon 2pm all the way through to Sunday (6th June) night 11pm. Will pay well for a good space...
Simple requirements:
Lightly furnished with big computer table that can take 2 x 24" monitors (will bring my own monitors and PC)
Big enough room to seat 3 people comfortably. 3 good office chairs
Well ventilated with temperature control and proper air conditioning.
Well lit with basic light control so that it's not too dark (eye strain) or too bright (can't see screen properly). Adjustable blinds over any windows.
CLEAN and QUIET
Secure room (lockable)
