Exclaimation Mark "!" turned on after moving thru a bumpy road

Hello to all,

I had just encountered a problem with the E36 just on the way home. The Exclaimation mark "!" went on after moving through a bumpy road. Shortly after(maybe around 10sec), the headlights was off, followed by the aircon, which turn into fan mode. it seemed that the electronic components started to "switched off" by themselves. Gradually, i stopped the car, pull off the car key, re-insert back to start the car again and everything seemed working again. Have any of you encountered any of these symptoms before? Please advice and Thank You.

Sound like your electronic is falling apart.. check out RealOEM.com Online BMW Parts Catalog to check what electronic part you have.

Sometime it can be the battery connector or ground cable is losse

hello, thanks for the reply. I brought the car to the Workshop at Auto Buddy to service it. Mainly, some of the parts are replaced, like batteries and crank angle sensor etc. So hopefully, it doesnt happen again.
