else nothing beat a free&easy own time own target cut the chase of the travel agent "shopping" itinerary ... waste time and dulan
wake up call 6am and return to hotel 9pm ... like chasing ducks (as chinese saying)

Yup ..... Personally prefer own time own target especially when traveling with family.

A true vacation has no schedules.

Maybe for the first Europe trip, one can join the tour package (I call them touch and go tour)
once been there and know where and what you like, you can return on a free and easy trip.
Seriously on some of these touch and go trips, they drive you to King William St, point to London bridge,
snap some pictures and "we are done with london". Drive to Paris Champ de Mars and to see the Eiffel tower
and "We've conquer Paris"
