Engine oil flow and mixed with cooler water.

Hi Guys,

I am driving a 2007 323XL, I just got this problem of engine oil flowing into the cooler and mixing with the cooler water in layman explanation.The issue causes the temperature to rise which a red thermometer signal coupled with both cooler and engine oil yellow signals too.Been hearing that it's quite a common issue in BMW.Would like to hear from anyone who had had the same issue before and any potential advices too.
