The best temp to change your engine oil is at room temperature before the first start cos that's when there is the least oil on the side walls of the engine block. Most of it will have drained down to the sump.
This will mean either 2 things:
1. You change oil yourself
2. Leave your car overnight at the workshop
To get around the problems associated, you can practice flushing where a smaller amount of oil is passed through the engine and drained out before the final fill. This of course increases your cost.......
