easy DIY car wash

Re: easy DIY car wash

have my doubts about wetting and rinsing off soap from the car with just one tiny suitcase.

Re: easy DIY car wash

I have something similar which was purchased from Autobacs, but the water pressure is never strong enough to be considered a "spray" - at most, it is "wetting" the car. No difference to the conventional pail and water treatment.

BTW, how can a car wash be considered complete without (1) washing the wheels and (2) drying the car?

What is needed, is a portable blower for those who is not living in landed properties. Something like a Makita Leaf Blower. This is essential for those who do not wanna wipe dry for fears of swirlmarks.

Is that considered fast? whoa with the car washer, 6 mins can finish washing car alr! so fast!!

Re: easy DIY car wash

The good thing about this is the spraying. It gets rid of pails and make the washing easy. Using pails of water is tiring for the back. Pressue looks ok because you still need to soap anyway so the spray is to wash away the soap after that.

I reckon that's too much to pay.
imho around 120-150(with accessories)
it should move.

Re: easy DIY car wash

imho.....if e pressure is not strong enuf.....it will leave e shampoo streaks on e paint hence creating shampoo/water marks if nt dried in time.......

with strong pressure frm a regular hose, it still takes me abt 20mins just to wash e car body excluding e rims........6mins is quite questionable to do an effective wash....needless to say if e drying part is taken into consideration....

my personal conclusion : got to trial run first la...... anyone interested??? wakakak

cheers
