another suggestion if u want reasonable good quality deep dish nice rims will be opting for japanese bling brand , jap made rims quality has always been better overall then american made imho...less complaints...

try brands like : lowenhart , NKB , trafficstar , racinghart , club linea, auto couture

remember not American Brands Like HRE.DPE,IFORGED,DCR,VIP MODULAR ETC trully 100% made in USA.

Just to let you know minimum/hour labour in USA start from USD$60.00++++ calculate it if takes 2 months to make it.

thats what i think too.....

not all high end wheel companies state their wheels are 100% Made in USA ....

if they dont state means they dont make it in the USA...

i wont be surprised that these companies has factories in asia to make their wheels which has questionable QC

then again...Made in USA doesnt mean top notch quality... i have seen taiwan rim that has excellent quality as well...

everything is custom and apparently its very light... price wise should be slightly higher than HRE...

imho deep dish lip cannot be too deep... 10cm max... too deep makes the rim look outstanding from near but overall destroys the look of the rim.. it will look small and less outstanding from the side and when moving... my previous rim got 15cm lip and it looks very small... 20inch people mistaken for 18inch... urgh..

I think u probably spoke to Ah Ming at Southeast Tyres right? Need to speak with Ah Hoe, he is more familiar with the rims and requirements. I got the 18" staggered RS-GT rims with Eagle F1 tyres on my ride. Somehow they feel much lighter than my OEM 16" with runflats. I have not actually weigh the 2 wheels but psychologically it probably feel lighter after spending so much on the rims :nehnehhh:

Try searching for Maya rims, very deep chrome dish. Well known in the luxury modifieds. Can put a handphone on the lip.

Or Racing Harts from Japan.

that is farking heavy for a forged 19. HRE, Hyperforged, Schmeiden and Volks give you 9 to 10 kg nia.

bro, i already got a final quote from Hyperforged the weight is 12.5 to 13kgs. 3 piece forged HF105R and HF102.

Weighed my Iforged and they are 10.5kg for fronts and 11kg for rears... Same as my ex-rims, BBS CH...

this not the bad news, here it goes, my stock rims 18inch 189 is only 11.5kg front and 12.5kg rear it is lighter than the so called FORGED!!!!!!!!!

Weighed my Iforged and they are 10.5kg for fronts and 11kg for rears... Same as my ex-rims, BBS CH...

I forged quoted me 27Ibs = 12.24kgs for Essens and Senekas.

I think BBS is the lightest Front = 19 x 8.5 = 20.77Ibs = 9.42kgs.
Rear = 19 x 10 = 23.9Ibs = 10.84 kgs

The only problem is the agent here is lousy.

This are True Forged rims.
