E90 Oily Engine Bay

Anyone had this experience before. Like to know what was your diagnostics. Is this a common failure of some seal?

Red circles indicates places i see shiny like oil surface

EO filler cap was replaced on mine, inexpensive. Does not last forever. haha

also replaced the left side small Philips head looking screw, also inexpensive.

anyway yours look like the dealer oiled it to make it shine? recently purchased?
for signs of EO leakage, you should pay atttn to the bottom portions - the steel coloured block. (common 320 problem)

Ok thanks for the insight. I told dealer not to oil. I can see oil stain on the grille too. Will take not on the EO leakage.
