E86 Z4M vs E92 M3 race

Very close race. Z4M has less power but less weight too, but in the end the very restrictive exhaust let it down. You can hear how strained its engine is.

surprised the Z4M exos is constipated.
I actually find it very common in all Non-M but not the M cars

when i first watched the vid.. i thot the M3 driver was mocking the Z4M by imitating a voice over retarded engine sound... so it was the whinning from the Z4M?

it was official, from M-div, that the Z4M has a much more restricted intake and exhaust system than the E46, because of space constraints, resulting in less stock HP.

Yah cos he knew it was futile when the m3 hit the nitrous. He had the big bottles... two of them.....and shortly after a panel on the floor gave way and started dragging on the asphalt in a shower of sparks...

It's a soundclip from an old (think it was 8 years ago) flash animation about ricers and their Hondas. I recall it being real funny back then (95% due to the audio), but it seems people have since forgotten it hahah.

Yah pretty tall alright... 209.3 km/h real groundspeed in 4th gear... and that's before even the soft limiter. It is right about the redline in 4th by then though, just not perfectly there by the end of the straight.
