E60 Coilover Kits Recommendations

Just encountered some unpleasant sound from my absorber and I guessed it's time for a change. Instead of spending a few hundred bucks to replace back stock again for the same handling and look, I'm considering to invest abit more for a set of coilover kits for better handling and lowering effect. Gurus out there, any brands to recommend that does not have any knocking sound and yet still gives me a stock like comfort level? Brand is not an issue, price is...
