E60 Air Con

Can anyone advice that when you start the ride, does the air con switch on automatic as well?

if previously b4 turn off engine it is off then it will remain off when start again

I turn off when I put the ride to rest but the next morning when start engine it is on automatically ...

It should normally stay off when you turn it off pressing that big "off" button. However, although i searched the manual and could not see any auto "on" function through ignition. You might just want to check your iDrive > Climate > Independent mode.

I did what you mentioned before and even check with one service advisor at PML ... He mentioned that it is like that one ... me confuse now

Probably I will call another service advisor tomorrow.

hey mine also like this begining..you have to sent in to pml and ask them to programme it.. mine now ok .. hopefully not too late to give you the advise.

if i turn it off...it stays off for 10 mins. more than 10 mins..it comes back on.
