E60 520i seems to change gear too fast causing over gear

Noticed that the car when in auto change gear from 2 to 3 or 4 too fast thus causing slight vibration like it is over geared when driving. Any bros encountered this? any advise besides the resetting via the throttle adaptive threshold. No issue when in sports mode. thanks

go reset the ecu and transmission adaptation.
no need to go PML.. unless you have a lot of time.
several workshops in Sin Ming Autocare can do this.

Thanks Lorinser, when you mentioned ECU reset, are you referring to removing the negative lead on the car battery and wait for maybe 1 or 2 mins and then installing it back etc. basically letting the ECU to relearn eveything? Any bros out there tried this before. Thanks

Better to be done by workshop, as they can check for error codes as well
