E46 Third Brake Light Dim

Hi any E46 bro have similar problem with the 3rd brake light is dim? Mine is dim when I brake (cannot see in the day) . The normal brake lights are working fine though and no warning or dash lights on. Can't be the fuse cos it is still workign except dim. Maybe it is the LED strip. Anyone has any idea how to remove the assembly so that the LED strip can be tested?
