Dual Exhaust Tips

Can someone please advise where is a good place to get dual exhaust tips for my ride? I'm eyeing the Remus, Supersprint and Hi-op (like those posted in the forum's photo gallery). Would appreciate if you can provide an idea of the price range. Thanks!

Re: Dual Exhaust Tips

You want to change the whole muffler or just the tip ??

If its the latter, you can try Fong Kim...they have the Super Dynamic tips.
Miki Marketing got Momo ones.

Based on ur post above, seems to me that you are lookin to change your rear muffler..

Shops that carry those brands:
Remus....Fong Kim
SS....Jeep Chee
HiOp, Breyton....Juzz4Car
UUC Motorworks...Wilman2772 (fellow forumer)

I would think the price ranges are probably from 1k-1.5k for the muffler only.

Stupid question here,

Does changing the tip help in any way?

Cheers.

Nah, just kidding....it's purely aesthetic....the original exhaust tips on my ride look like rusty water pipes :(
Wonder if anyone has tried spray painting them.....

Sorry if I cause any confusion. I was looking for just the TIPS, not the rear muffler....guess I shd be able to get those brands of tips from the respective shops you have listed. My current exhaust already makes more noise than I was normally used to in my previous e39. I think BMW makes the 325 and 330 exhausts emit that deep note. Quite nice once I gotten used to it.

Thanks TripleM!

Re: Dual Exhaust Tips

Just go to FK or MAN and get the tips replaced! Just did mine 2wks ago, changed to bigger tips and now its fills up the valance of the bottom bumper lip nicely.

Cheers!

Ah..gotcha
Actually it aint easy to come by exhaust tips branded Remus or Supersprint but for brands like ACS, Breyton, HiOp are alot more easier coz they do make the rear tips only.
Anway, no worries n gd luck :)
